You must not use our services to create, purchase, manufacture, manipulate, or submit fake or misleading reviews.

Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of the relevant service.

5. Google Business Profile & Third-Party Platforms

Some iCRAB features depend on Google and other third-party platforms.

iCRAB does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, algorithms, approval processes, rankings, or continued access.

6. No Guaranteed Google Ranking

iCRAB provides tools intended to help businesses improve their online presence, customer engagement, reviews, content, and Google visibility.

However, no specific Google ranking, traffic, leads, reviews, enquiries, bookings, or sales are guaranteed.

Search rankings and visibility may depend on numerous factors outside iCRAB's control.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated reviews, replies, posts, SEO suggestions, posters, and other content are provided as assistance.

The business is responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing or using it.

8. Payments & Subscription

Customers agree to pay the applicable price displayed at the time of purchase.

Service validity, pricing, features, and renewal terms will depend on the plan purchased.

iCRAB may change its pricing or plans in the future, but changes will not normally alter a service period that has already been purchased unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, iCRAB's website, branding, software, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to iCRAB.
